Our non-profit, RebuildingAlliance.org, will now assume the main shop area. We're especially interested in subletting the 'garage workspace' to a nonprofit community service organization and will also consider applications from for-profit businesses, start-ups, and artists. Amenities include shared bathroom, backyard with ping-pong table, ample street parking. - Rent is $1000/month;- Electricity, heat and garbage/recycling included.
