The below is a description of the property. 10-stall facility with only (1) one stall currently rented. I'm looking to rent the remaining stalls to one or two individuals or a motivated horse trainer. Stables designed by Steve Turner A.I.A. and all stalls are masonry block construction which is cooler and simply better for horses. Tack room, wash area and stables office available. Round-pen and outdoor arena located on beautiful 40-acres. Grassy turn-outs and an additional 80-acres with riding trails available for lease too, complete with fishing pond! Price will be "industry standard" or below, depending upon total acreage and stalls used and your "track record" in the industry. Located on a small private horse ranch and I am selective with whom I conduct business with. If you are just getting started in the industry or a veteran you will appreciate the facilities. Some maintenance and cleaning will be required since the entire stables hasn't been used in a while so if you want the savings call immediately we will barter the work to be performed but you would have to hurry because we are moving forward with leasing of entire horse ranch.South of Glenpool off highway #75 in the Mounds/Liberty Mounds area. I am currently renovating the entire property and I'm not interested in having cattle around. Again, that issue is negotiable depending upon the strength of tenant but I prefer horses only.
