Rent is due on the 1st of the month with a penalty if rent is paid after the 5th. There is 2 1/2 years left on the lease. Lease length can be negotiated. PG usage is metered seperately and you will need to pay your own bill. In addition, you will need to provide proof of insurance coverage for the space. There is a small bathroom and water is included, although the lease prevents you from living at the space. There are no landscaping fees. There are two designated parking spaces in front and an additional space on the side. Space usage is pretty standard, although the lease does not allow the use of chemicals, including storage, on site. The leasing company requires a credit check in order to complete the sublease.
