This is a shared workplace in downtown Erie. It's in a (mostly) empty system on the 12th floor of the Renaissance Centre. The rent is month-to-month, meaning if a company visits and wants the entire device, at the end of the month we would be outta there. There's two big windows in the office, both with stunning views (among the Seawolves games). You 'd have 24/7 access to the workplace, and the cordless is scorching quick. Also there's complimentary coffee 2 floors up, and a coffee shop on the bottom floor. You 'd be sharing the space (approx. 200 sq feet) with me, a web-developer who is mostly coding and on calls all day. There's other rooms in the device I can walk to if I'm on a call and troubling you or anything. It goes without saying, I hope, that I'm really easy to get in addition to:). This is the closest you'll most likely get to a "co-working space" in Erie, for now. I was going bananas from cabin fever working from home 24/7, and you could be too, if you're reading this! , if you're interested drop me a line.. If you understand MORE individuals who could be interested then we can really make a co-working area happen in Erie (with ideally lower rates, eventually too!).
