We're two Denver creatives (haute couture + jewelry-making) searching for a third studio-mate to share our AMAZING space. We've got 550 square feet in total, with a small sitting area/bar cart, and a desk already established for a brand-new creative renter. This would be the perfect space for graphic designers, or creatives who work mainly on their computer systems. We do not have any more space for physical work (aside from wall hangings, under-desk printers, shelving above your desk) so this is primarily just being leased as "desk area.". Expense is $300 per month. We've covered the deposit. The structure is safe and secure (key fob gain access to only) with 24/7 gain access to, a kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and neighboring Hutch and Spoon, the Yoga Mat, and all sort of RINO awesomeness. I (Kristin) am right here from 10-4 most week days, and Steph's schedule differs from days to nights depending. We both have assist a few days a week, but the max # of individuals in the studio (ever) is 4. It's normally quite peaceful!
