greetings craigslisters,i am pleased to inform you all that i am opening an arts and crafts co-op/vintage antique shop/tea shop gallery in downtown garrettesville ohio called "one real peach"{after the shel silverstein poem "the garden"}.it is located in a beautiful historic building on the main sidewalk in the downtown area{perfect location}....our space is 30' x 70' with a 12' ceiling.it's very large and will accommodate many craftspeople,so i am offering wall/table/floor space for rent at very affordable prices......$30.00 a month for a 4'x8' space {prices are somewhat negotiable}..the gallery will be open for business in the beginning of december and we already have arts and craft people ready to start selling.our line up of people include plein air painters,wood workers,knitters,candle makers,potters,greeting cards,a glass artisan a rug maker and more.it's an interesting variety of folks already and i hope i can get even more great people to help make this shop really come to life.it's gonna be alot of fun especially around holidays,so call me at 330-204-XXXX or text/email and i can add you to the list of artisans at one real peach gallery......................................................................................................thanks,jeremy brownmain st.
