Though the FREE rent is for real, I am also a bit picky with the type of person/people I am looking for. I have a small solar contracting company with 350 square foot showroom as part of this office space. In all, this office is 750-800 square feet, with the back two rooms having been converted into a small mini-showroom for the solar products that I sell and install, and then the front room having been divided by the aforementioned custom made furniture already provided in the FREE rent. In exchange for offering this 400 square foot office space FREE of rent, we are looking for the following:1) A small business entity looking for a small office space for sales/administrative/legal/etc.... type work.2) Someone who is willing to operate "fairly normal" business hours throughout the year.3) Someone who is willing to allow walk-in traffic from my business (people who want to see the installed solar products on display)4) Someone who is willing to give a brochure/flyer to the incoming walk-in guest, and then text message me that they have arrived.... (if you are willing to take the prospect through an actual product demo, we can discuss compensation, but this is not a requirement that I am looking for)5) Someone who is willing to present a clean and professional demeanor6) Someone who is willing to complete a few menial "property management" type tasks, may include, but are not limited to: sweeping, snow removal, maintain water schedule for front and side landscaping, point of contact for building (it's a duplex, there is a tenant next door), hedging a few bushes, basically keep the place looking nice.In these times more than ever, businesses need to remain open minded to new ways of cutting costs.
