We have money in our budget for a daily/ weekly rate, we need a SPACE large enough to hold an event.International Company is represented you and your landlord will be compensated.If you have or know about a suitable venue Call 281-647-XXXXIdeally, we're looking for will be a loft-like event space that's about 5000sqft of unobstructed open space,preferably with few windows or the ability to black out with pipe and drape.We're looking for venues in the Houston area for Mentoring Events.We'll only have about 60-75 people per event (2 events per night over 5 nights) but we'll be using a large panoramic screenso we'll need a much larger venue than what we might use for an event this size (wide enough so the screen doesn't lose its immersive feel).The screen is 30ft wide. We'll be bringing in lounge seating for 60-75 so the venue won't need to provide rentals, and we'll be doing minimal catering.Neighborhood is important as we're trying to draw in a high-end clientele.We need a space that won't be occupied during the day as we'll need to set up and leave it for the week.If you can take as many pics as possible from any relevant angle, that would be great.The venue specs are as follows:Loft-like space at least 5000 to 6000 sq ft -- wide enough for panoramic screen (30ft)Minimal columns, columns must be at least 20ft apartCeiling height of at least 12ftFinished venueConvenient bathroomsFinished flooringEasily accessibleGood neighborhoodCapability to move loads in elevator if neededIdeally:Nice front entry to venueHardwood floorsWe're executing this event in 6 markets so we're tweaking out the calendar based on desired venue availability.We are looking for a Monday -- Friday pattern, with a Sunday load in during the week of Jan 2-13 ora Tuesday- Saturday pattern, with a Monday load in, the week of Jan 16-21.we'll need to see if we can negotiate a lower rate based on a 5 night event, especially for the load in day.Location: Galleria or Downtown
