It is furnished with a sectional sofa and coffee table, stand up work desk, small sit down desk, book shelves, and presentation area including write-on-the-wall "whiteboard" and projection space. The walls are a golden color, painted with full spectrum paint, which adjusts slightly as the light changes, and the carpet is multi brown. The best feature of the space is the abundance of natural light, as the south and east facing walls are all glass (with horizontal blinds) and there is a sliding glass door that leads to a semi-enclosed balcony, so you can step out and get fresh air. Your cost would vary per diem, depending upon the number of days you would like.
