Do you have a commercial location you're trying to rent? Are you posting over and over, and no one has rented your space? I am looking for space, and I can tell you things that WILL NOT WORK if you're trying to rent a commercial space: 1. Posting the same ad over and over, with slightly different titles, as if we won't notice. I will categorically not rent space from you over-posters, and I suspect lots of others feel the same way.2. Don't photoshop an "ad" as your pictures. Do an honest job of representing the space, and take fresh pictures now and then.3. Don't troll for contacts, as in "tell me what you're looking for, and I'll help you find a place." We are ALREADY LOOKING, and we know what we're looking for. If you post details, and good photos, then we'll find it without you.4. This is the internet age. Don't try to make personal contact with people over the phone. Just list your property and hope that we contact you.5. YOU NEED TO SUPPLY PHOTOS! Nobody will take you seriously with a vague description and a phone number. We want the address, and we want good photos, or we're moving on to the next ad, sorry.6. State your price. Don't waste my time, or yours. The bottom line is that people are SEARCHING for property on the web, and we expect details, photos, and prices. There is an entire generation of entrepreneurs and others who will not waste time with your old-school attempts to get us to "call you" and hope we'll listen to your sales pitch for a bunch of properties. This category (Office/Commercial) is dominated by a few obvious commercial brokers who keep posting the same "AMAZING!" deals every couple of days. I WILL NOT RENT FROM YOU, because you clearly don't get Craigslist, and you are abusing the system, over-posting, and your ads are not helpful. There. Maybe that will help you, and those of us who are actively looking for space.
