people are careful. i took a look at this space, and was informed i could lease it for 625.00 a month by owner and manager. i went in done some plumbing, cleaning, and carried numerous loads of garbage out of there. was taking my first load to this building to open a antique collectables shop and to do auctions eventually. after a couple days of difficult work and transporting my first load there, the manager informed me that i could not have the structure. she brand-new upfront what i was going to finish with this building, and she backed out and refused to compensate me for my labor or time. this structure needs a lot of maintenance. there are live wires hanging out of ceiling, one back space will slide over to creek, ect. all this i was willing to deal with, but guess what i had actually done to clean it up was enough for her to probally lease it to a friend or somebody. however i am reporting this rental property to wellness dept, fire dept, and wv housing athourity, and who ever over see, s this sort of harmful building, i too am declaring charges in little claims court. this building at one time was a supermarket, but has the old walkin freezer with no method to open door from inside if your trapped. great location for a burglar to put you while he cleans you out. yes i am upset and this post is to keep somebody else from renting and doing anywork without very first signing a contract, as i was expect to do the next day. this structure is on 52, right close to wilson creek was likewise a deal with store last ...
