We have a nice pediatric therapy clinic and would like to share our space with professionals who might need occasional space i.e. evenings, weekends or on days when we do not have clients. Space is big enough for groups or small meetings. Some considerations might be for a small martial arts class or dance class, group meetings for support groups. These could be for pediatrics but not limited to such. In addition to building space we have great parking and easy access as we are right on the main street leading into Philomath. We have a large reception area, kitchen and patio space. We are open to possibilities.
